Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders within India.

For most orders, once an order is placed, we dispatch it within 3-4 business days. Under certain unavoidable circumstances, there may be a delay, in which case the order will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.

In case of a Rush Order, feel free to reach out to us at customer.care@matchamasala.in and we'll be happy to expedite the process. We try to dispatch rush orders within 24 hours.

Once shipped, our delivery partners typically require 5-7 days (depending on where you are located within India) to get your order to you.
